We recognise that installing renewable tech is an investment worth looking after. We all want our homes to be running as efficient as possible so we’ve made it easyfor our customers to keep up with annual services across their renewable systems.
We have put together some non-insurance based service plans that can be paid annually or monthly by direct debit.

Annual service of your ASHP to make sure it’s running safely and efficiently. Your annual ASHP services may be more than 12 months apart
Accidental Damage
Up to £1,000 to gain access and make good for each repair
Removing sludge or scale or repairing the damage it causes if we tell you, it might be a problem for your system or Heat Pump
Glycol Top Up’s or Glycol Fills/adding
Showers or taps
Faults caused by someone else you used for repairs or design faults

Annual service of your ASHP to make sure it’s running safely and efficiently. Your annual ASHP services may be more than 12 months apart
Repairs to the plumbing system in your home and outbuildings (to be agreed prior to contract agreement) and the water supply pipe within the boundary of your property (not lead pipe)

Repairs to the plumbing system in your home and outbuildings and the water supply pipe within the boundary of your property
Unblocking and repairing your drains and waste pipes to restore flow
Repairs to the mains electrical system and wiring in your home and outbuildings
Accidental Damage
Up to £1,000 to gain access and make good for each repair
Repairs or replacement of your electric vehicle charger unit following breakdown, accidental damage, or damage caused by vandalism or theft, subject to terms and conditions
Removing sludge or scale or repairing the damage it causes if we tell you, it might be a problem for your system or Heat Pump
