Jeff came on behalf of AES Metering/So Energy to install our brand new smart meters. Previous visits from other suppliers simply took one look at our meter cupboard and refused to fit a meter as it meant having to move a few bits to make room for the new kit.
Jeff was very pragmatic and immediately came up with a solution to the problem. He explained everything he was doing and didn't do anything without confirming with us first.
He was also very patient with me when I had to clear a path for him in the loft to access the boiler flue.
I cannot praise Jeff highly enough, and so far I am very happy with So Energy.
